Mmmm….Pumpkin

One of my favorite Fall treats is the availability of pumpkin - pumpkin soup, pumpkin bread, pumpkin ravioli, pumpkin whoopie pies.  Sooo Good!!!!!

As we are in the heart of Fall and the pumpkin season, I find myself constantly pinning pumpkin recipes. Rather than keeping them all to myself, I thought I would share some of my favorites with you all.

Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Blue Cheese and Pine Nuts from Drizzle & Drip.  This looks so yummy.  I would maybe try adding some shrimp or scallops to make it a complete meal.

Butter, pumpkin and cheese, how can you go wrong with these Brown Butter Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting from Tracy’s Culinary Adventures.

Looking for a bit of an Asian flair for your pumpkin.  Try the Chicken Pumpkin Stir-Fry from Smoky Wok.

Pumpkin and Fried Sage Flatbread from Foodiecrush is a quick easy use of some roasted pumpkin.

My favorite fruit bread is pumpkin bread, I love it in the morning with cream cheese.  Pumpkin and Cheese Spice Bread from Edible Mosaiclooks like morning heaven to me!

Black Bean and Pumpkin Soup from A Food Centric Life is a nice twist on traditional pumpkin soup.

I fell in love with macarons on a trip to Paris.  When I saw these Pumpkin Spice French Macarons from The Marvelous Misadventures of a Foodie, I was drooling.

I have been craving some ewey gooey cheesey macaroni and cheese for a while now.  Pumpkin Macaroni and Cheese With Bacon from Lauren’s Latest looks like it will do the trick.
